Every JUFUNG bundle is original artwork, not a license to the artwork itself. This page sets out exactly what you can create with it, what you can't, and why — so there's never any doubt on either side.

Small BizLicense Scope
The short version
Every JUFUNG purchase grants you a license to use the artwork in finished projects — it never transfers ownership of the artwork itself. Here's the shape of that in four lines.
Make and sell finished items
Print, cut and craft your own products using our designs, for personal use or your small business.
No attribution needed
You don't need to credit JUFUNG on finished products made under this license.
Never resell the raw files
The PNG and JPG files themselves can't be sold, shared or given away as digital clip art.
Never claim it as your own art
JUFUNG remains the original creator and copyright holder of every design, always.
What you're actually buying
A license, not the artwork
When you buy a JUFUNG bundle, you're not buying the illustrations themselves — you're buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them in your own creative and craft projects. JUFUNG LTD keeps ownership and copyright of every design, in every bundle, at all times.
Personal and small business use
This license covers both personal, non-commercial projects and small business or print-on-demand use — meaning you're free to make and sell finished physical or digital products that feature our artwork, such as printed apparel, stickers, or planner pages, without paying extra.
Where the line sits
The license covers what you create with the artwork. It does not cover the artwork on its own. The difference is simple: a mug you've designed and printed using our fox illustration is yours to sell; the fox illustration file itself, on its own, is never yours to sell, share, or redistribute.

What the license never covers
These apply regardless of how the files reach someone else — sold, gifted, or "shared for feedback."
Reselling or redistributing the raw files
Selling our PNG or JPG files on their own, bundled, or repackaged as "your" clip art is never permitted.
Sharing or leaking files
Uploading files to shared drives, freebie groups, forums, or file-sharing sites is treated as unauthorised distribution.
Claiming designs as your own original artwork
You may use the artwork in your projects, but you may not present the illustrations themselves as something you created.
Uploading to other clip art marketplaces
Listing our designs, edited or not, for sale or free download on any other clip art, template or design marketplace is prohibited.
Single purchaser, one small business
Single-user, single-business license
Each purchase licenses one person or one small business to use the artwork. It's not shared automatically across multiple, separate businesses, or passed on to someone else who didn't buy the file.
A small team working within the same business — for example, you and a co-founder producing the same product line — is covered, since the license follows the business, not just the individual who checked out.
Attribution
No credit or attribution to JUFUNG is required on finished products you sell or share. You're welcome to mention us if you'd like to, but it's entirely optional.
If your project or business needs licensing beyond what's described on this page — for example, use across multiple unrelated brands — contact us before proceeding, and we'll confirm what's possible.
What happens next
We reach out first
Where possible, we'll contact you directly to explain the issue and ask for it to be corrected, such as removing a redistributed file or listing.
Access can be withdrawn
Continued or serious breaches can result in your access to future downloads, your account, or ongoing support being terminated.
Legal action where necessary
Unauthorised resale, redistribution, or claims of authorship are copyright infringement, and we reserve the right to pursue takedown requests or legal action to protect our work.
Every design remains the copyright of JUFUNG LTD
Purchasing a bundle licenses you to use the artwork under the terms on this page. It never transfers copyright, ownership, or authorship of the designs themselves, which stay with JUFUNG LTD at all times, under UK and international copyright law.
