Every illustration on jufung.shop is created in-house and owned by us. This page explains that protection, how to tell us if you see our art misused elsewhere, and how anyone can raise a concern if they believe we've used something of theirs without permission.

What we mean when we say "original"
Created in-house, owned outright
Every character, scene and decorative element sold on jufung.shop is drawn by us, specifically for JUFUNG. Nothing in our catalogue is repackaged stock artwork or another artist's work relicensed under our name. JUFUNG LTD holds full copyright in every design, in every bundle.
What copyright covers
This protection covers each design as a whole, and also its individual characters, decorative elements and colour compositions. It applies whether an image is used exactly as sold, cropped, recoloured, or combined with other elements.
How this relates to your purchase
Buying a bundle gives you a license to use the artwork in your own projects, as set out in our Digital Product Usage Terms. It never transfers copyright itself, which stays with JUFUNG LTD under UK law and the international copyright treaties the UK and US both recognise.

If you've spotted our artwork being sold, given away, or listed as someone else's on another site or marketplace, here's how to flag it.
Send us the evidence
Email us a link or screenshot of the listing, post, or file share, plus which JUFUNG bundle or design it matches.
We verify it
We compare it against our own catalogue and records to confirm the design is genuinely ours before taking any action.
We act on it
Depending on the situation, this can mean a takedown request to the platform involved, a direct request to the seller, or further legal steps.
If you believe a JUFUNG design incorporates your original work without permission, send a notice to support@jufung.shop with the following, so we can investigate properly:
- 1A description of your work that you believe has been used without authorisation.
- 2The exact location on jufung.shop of the design in question, ideally a direct product link.
- 3Your contact details — name, email address, and business name if applicable.
- 4A statement of good-faith belief that the use was not authorised by you, your agent, or the law.
- 5A statement of accuracy confirming the information you've provided is correct, and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf.
- 6Your signature, physical or electronic (typing your full name is sufficient).

You'll receive confirmation that your notice or report has been received and is being looked into.
We investigate
We review the evidence, check it against our own records, and reach a decision on whether action is needed.
We confirm the outcome
Where a notice against us is upheld, the listing or material in question is corrected or removed, and you're told the outcome in writing.
Brand names mentioned in our listings
Some of our product listings mention crafting tools and machine brands, such as Cricut and Silhouette, to describe which projects our clip art suits. These names are trademarks of their respective owners, and are used only to describe compatible uses of our own artwork.
Mentioning a brand in this way does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement between JUFUNG LTD and that brand, and no ownership of those trademarks is claimed.
